Elk County Arsons

We are learning more about Wednesday's arson arrest in Elk County. According to the Police report Steven Hulings broke into his father and stepmother's house along Lynch Road in St. Mary's and set the house on fire July 14^th. There were 9 arsons in Elk County between May and August. Investigators haven't connected any of the incidents. Four people including Hulings have been arrested.
