Two former NCAA Presidents are not to happy with how the current organization handled the sanctions on Penn State for the Jerry Sandusky scandal.  Gene Corrigan and Cedric Dempsey attended a panel discussion at the State College Theater to talk about the future of the organization.  Although both acknowledged Penn State was hit hard by the sanctions they also say the University needs to accept.
