It's been two years since a Johnstown man lost his life in a motorcycle accident. Police say the man who ran into him had a blood alcohol content of 1.6, two times the legal linit. That driver pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in Julyand today he was sentenced. A few crosses and a memorial T-shirt mark the place where Edward Helsel Junior lost his life to a drunk driver. This past July Robert Houser the man Police say is responsible for the crash pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and DUI. A Judge sentenced him to 9-23 months in jail.
