An Elk County man charged with arson and attempted homicide could be in more trouble. Police say he could be facing more charges after they searched his Ridgway home earlier this month. Francis Milliard is in jail and likely will not come out anytime soon. In July police charged him with arson for a fire in 2008 and one just recently on May 30th along West Main Street in Ridgway. According to court documents he also is charged with attempted homicide after police say he attacked a man with a wood club or bat last summer. According to this search warrant police executed a search on August 9th at Milliards house along Long Level Road.
