A Philadelphia man accused of gunning down another man in Johnstown last fall will not be facing the death penalty.  The Tribune Democrat reports Cambria County District Attorney Kelly Callihan said yesterday.  She will not seek the death penalty against Marquis Neal who was arraigned on eight charges including criminal homicide.  Neal entered a not guilty plea in the October killing of J-Qwan Lewis in Oakhurst Homes.
