The reaction from family and friends of Elip Cheatham came quickly after the news conference.  Several of them were at the courthouse as Callihan released the findings.  No legal action will be taken against the officers who shot and killed Elip Cheatham.  Family members are outraged and say justice has not been served for their loved one.
