Portions of Route 164 in Cambria County will remain closed throughout the night because of a large crack in the side of the road.  Penn DOT has closed Route 164 between Portage and the Blair County line.  Neighbors in the area say there is a mine under the road and believe that may be what caused the hole to form.  Crews will be out in the morning to investigate.
