Police say a Somerset County man asked a 14 year old for sexual favors in exchange for cash. Investigators say that the alleged victim was cutting the suspect's grass when the suspect asked him for a whole lot more.  Carl Fisher was let out of the Conemaugh Township Police Department in handcuffs on Tuesday after being charged with prostitution of a minor, criminal solicitation and corruption of minors.  Police say it happened while the fourteen year old boy was doing yard work for Fisher at his home along North Red Drive.
