Johnstown Police are investigating a messy accident in the city.  The PT Cruiser was smashed up by a garbage truck.  Police say the two vehicles collided just before noon along Roosevelt Boulevard near Broad Street.  Both were towed away from the scene.  It did not appear that there were any serious injuries.
