The Tribune Democrat reports a Fire Marshall has ruled Sunday's fire in Johnstown's Moxham neighborhood an arson.  The woman who had been living there with her kids said their property was destroyed.  Wednesday night investigators said that story isn't adding up.  The paper Reports investigators believe many of the items that were supposed to be in the house weren't there and that the house was set on fire twice.  The first time on the first floor.  Firefighters put it out and a few hours later another fire in the attic.  This is a criminal investigation but no charges have been filed.  So far no word on suspects.
