A Judge who serves Warren and Forest Counties will hear the Second Mile's request to transfer millions of dollars of assets to another  youth group.  Judge William F. Morgan has been assigned to the case.  The second mile wants to fold operations in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky scandal.  That could be an issue though because Sandusky's victims could potentially sue the organization if it is determined it turned a blind eye to the abuse.
