The boat launch at Raystown Lake has been reopened but it could be weeks before we know the exact cause of death for three men who went under Sunday afternoon.  The Huntingdon County Coroner said the three men involved in two separate incidents appear to have drowned but toxicology and other test results are still needed before an official determination can be made.
