A Cambria County man led out of court today in handcuffs after pleading guilty to murder for the death of his infant son.  Justin Charles is accused of killing his 7 week old infant son.  Police say it happened back in December at his South Fork home.  Police say Charles was left alone with the baby and when he began to cry Police say Charles became frustrated and picked the baby up by his legs and shook him until he passed out.  After the baby's death Police say Charles admitted to the murder on multiple occasions. His Attorneys fought to get those statements thrown out but a Judge did not agree and that's when Charles' defense said they decided to take a different approach.  On Tuesday Charles pleaded guilty to third degree murder.
