More on what neighbors call a house of filth in Johnstown. The former owner Chandra Vora is now in jail accused of trespassing on the property. Police say she was loading things from the home along Robb Avenue. Since the property was condemned by the city she is facing trespassing and theft charges. The house could be torn down as early as next week.
