Many still digesting the devastating sanctions handed down by the NCAA to Penn State and what impact they will have across the region.  What used to be one of Penn State's most public places to gather is now marked private property.  The Centre County Commissioners are among those questioning the NCAA sanctions and they worry about what will come of Centre County's main economic engine.
