Man Set on Fire

West Hills Police summed it up in one word "Horrific".  We are told the victim has burns covering 85 percent of his body and neighbors are also in shock.  It happened just before 11 on Norton Road in Lower Yoder Township.  According to Police two men approached the man beat him up and set him on fire before running out with some cash.
