A frightening crash this morning in Somerset County.  A coal truck blew a tire and rolled over on Route 219.  Emergency crews say had the accident happened seconds later it could have been tragic.  The driver wasn't badly hurt, we are told he didn't even have to go the hospital.  Diesel Fuel spilled onto the road and Hazmat was called in to clean up.
