A Johnstown woman rushed to the Emergency Room after being shot in the neck with a pellet gun in broad daylight.  And Police say they have heard this story already once before.  Jody says says she got the call around noon shortly after her mother Joan Altemus was shot on her front porch.  Jody sent us a picture taken just a couple hours later in the ER of Conemaugh Hospital.  We talked with Johnstown Police Monday afternoon and found out they are looking into a similar incident that happened recently in that same area.
