Dog Found In Dumpster In Somerset

A neighbor heard barking coming from a Somerset County Dumpster and when he opened the lid he found a dog trapped inside. The man called police who then determined the dog had been inside the dumpster along West Main Street for about ten minutes. Since the lid was closed police say there is no question somebody intended on trapping the animal inside. The dog was taken to the Somerset Humane Society and expected to be okay.
