The driver of a milk truck is recovering after this messy accident in Richland Township.  The truck flipped on the ramp to 219 from Scalp Avenue spilling product all over the road.  The driver had to be cut out and taken to a hospital.  His condition is still not known at this time.  In addition to the rescue, emergency crews worked had to make sure none of the oil and gas that spilled got into the sewage drains.  Another milk truck was called in to retrieve the remaining milk from inside the tanker.
