Graham Avenue could be closed for days after Saturday mornings partial building collapse in Windber.  The Somerset Daily American reports that the building still needs to be secured with metal plates before the debris can be removed.  An Engineer deemed the building structurally sound.  Tenants in the upstairs apartments were allowed to return.  D'Arcs Pizza said they are hoping to speed up repairs and possibly reopen this coming week.
