NCAA sanctions against Penn State likely will never happen in the wake of the Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.  That's the report from the Altoona Mirror citing a source close to the Governing Body.  In that report the death penalty for the football program is unlikely.  The source said it focuses more on athletic equality and competition issues pointing to the 439 pages of ambiguous bylines and articles.
