Crash re-constructionists are waiting for DNA results to determine who was behind the wheel at the time of a deadly crash on Tuesday.  The Centre Daily Times is reporting that witnesses claim they saw a man driving the Jeep Grand Cherokee toward State College when it crashed into a utility pole on the Benner Pike.  The man, identified as David Bartley, was seen getting out of the car and pulling his wife out of the suv.  Susan Bartley died at the scene.  Her husband says he was not the driver.  State College Police are waiting for blood and DNA samples from each seat, plus toxicology reports.
