The heat kept a lot of people away from the Annual Ground Hog Festival in Punxsutawney.  Organizers say usually the last day of the festival has so many people that it is tough to get around.  They certainly feel the weather has kept a lot of people away.  Cooling tents and mist fans were set up as a way to keep people cool.  Despite the lack of attendance in the afternoon, leaders are confident the night will get better and bring more people.
