The stolen Valor Act was signed into law 6 years ago making it a crime to lie about receiving a Military Award.  But the Supreme Court struck it down saying that it's not a crime.  On Friday Congressman Mark Critz awarded medals to two local Veterans John Merx received the World War II Victory Medal and Patrick Kelly was awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Vietnam.  He says he knew he was probably eligible for the medal but never felt the need to seek it out.
