Thunderstorms knocked out power to parts of Somerset County overnight.  In Hollsopple, some people are still without cable and telephone service.  A fallen tree is to blame and neighbors say they are frustrated that no one is taking responsibility for cleaning it up.  Penelec tells us the tree is not their responsibility since they have already fixed the power lines.  A supervisor for Verizon in Somerset County told us they were not aware of the problem but will send a crew out to take care of it.  The local fire department says once the lines are fixed they will remove the tree if necessary.
