A historic flag is flying outside a home in Johnstown again after a youth group showed a bit of patriotism.  Doctor Anthony Gergley only flies this flag during the Fourth of July Holiday.  This piece of old glory is from the USS Augusta, which carried Presidents Roosevelt and Truman during World War II.  A few minutes after Gergley found it lying on the ground, a youth group from New York doing some mission work in the area stopped to lend a hand.
