Patton Borough Police in the Northern part of Cambria County are investigating the destruction or desecration of 10 American Flags.  The Johnstown Police K-9 Unit is getting some help from the 4^th annual Mill Rat Run.  Each year the Bike Run benefits a different charity or organization in the region....
