Patton Borough Police in the Northern part of Cambria County are investigating the destruction or desecration of 10 American Flags.  The Flags were stolen over the past month from local businesses and residences including a Veterans home.  Police say the flags were then either set on fire or slashed with a knife.  Patton Police say the incident seems to be random destruction.
