Seventy-three workers at a Gamesa Wind Turbine Plant in Cambria County are about to be out of a job.  The Spanish company says dwindling demand for parts is to blame.  The company recently scrapped plans to open a new wind farm between Somerset and Bedford Counties at Shaffer Mountain.  The furloughs are set to begin in September and Gamesa says it hopes to bring the workers back in about 10 weeks.
