Another vacant building in Elk County up in flames.  A State Police Fire Marshall says that the St. Joe's Club was intentionally set on fire very early Monday morning.  It's just the latest in a series of suspicious fires in the area in just over a month.  Emily Jordan lives right across the street from the St. Joe's Club in Johnsonburg.  She was sleeping until she heard an explosion and then called 911.
