State Lawmakers approved a Bill over the weekend that would allow other cities in Pennsylvania to install red-light cameras.  A Spokesman for the Senator who championed the Bill says the only city outside of the Philadelphia region to receive approval for the cameras is Pittsburgh.  Some suburban Philadelphia communities will be allowed to install the devices.  It's not clear why Johnstown and Altoona were removed in the amended proposal.
