Plans are being finalized for one of the top rated fireworks displays in the country. Central PA 4th Fest in State College has been ranked the third largest, biggest and best in the nation by US Fireworks Guide. Around ten thousand shells will blast high into the air and be synchronized to music. VIP passes are still available for twenty five bucks. You can see the show for free from all over Happy Valley but police have put out the reminder it is illegal to park alongside Interstate 99 and local roadways to watch the show.
