A New York City man is ordered to spend 15 to 30 months in a State Prison for his role in a deadly crash on Interstate 80 that killed Kyle Royer of Bellefonte.  Cenk Esenbel apologized to the Royer family this morning in Centre County Court.  Last October he was driving a tractor trailer with bad brakes that was six thousand pounds overweight when he plowed into a dump truck driven by Royer.
