Theresa Pelow turned herself in Wednesday morning after Police say she admitted to stealing over 150 thousand dollars from the Penn Highlands Community College in Richland Township.  Police say the college first noticed discrepancies in bookkeeping earlier this year when students started questioning outstanding balances they said they already paid.  They say a Forensic Audit showed that thousands of dollars in cash were never deposited.
