Plans for the Second Mile Foundation to transfer funding to another organization and then go out of business face a new delay.  The plan needs court approval and an out of county Judge will be brought in to hear the case.  Tuesday, three victims in the Jerry Sandusky case plus a new accuser field a separate suit to block the Second Mile's distribution plan.
