The Second Mile, the charity founded by Sandusky, is preparing for what could be it's last round of summer programs.  Around two hundred kids are enrolled for a summer program in State College.  The programs are set to begin July 15^th.  The non-profit organization is still waiting on a court request to transfer many of it's programs to "Arrow Child and Family Ministries."  A ruling is not expected for a couple of months.
