One of Sandusky's attorneys says there are plans to appeal his conviction.  Defense Attorney Karl Rominger says the conviction should be thrown out because Sandusky had ineffective counsel.  He says the appeal will be based on Joe Amendola's contact with the media.  Rominger says Amendola tried to withdraw from the case the day before jury selection started but the judge refused his request.  Judge Cleland said that would likely happen in about ninety days.  Rominger visited Sandusky in jail and tweeted that Sandusky seems to be doing well.
