It was midnight early Monday morning when police say a Sergeant with the Johnstown Police Department approached Edders Bar in the Oakhurst section of the city.  Investigators say he saw a white car leaving the area of where he heard the shots when the Sergeant pursued the car, he told police, it failed to stop before the passenger door flew open.  Investigators say two officers followed the man who ran towards the Johnstown Middle School.  He was arrested and remains in custody for questioning.  The woman who was driving the car was also arrested but has since been released.  While police were stopped in front of the school another car was quickly approaching.
