Everyone booked into the Centre County Jail spends the first 48 hours isolated. But we confirmed Sandusky is in protective custody on a precautionary suicide watch. The Centre Daily Times is reporting that Sandusky is not permitted to use the phone and cannot be visited by family members only his Attorneys. A jail official said he has been eating his meals and spends most of his time staring at the wall.
