Until he is sentenced, Sandusky is expected to remain behind bars in the Centre County Jail.  He is isolated and in protective custody under suicide watch.  It was Jerry Sandusky�s final walk as a free man holding his wife Dottie�s hand as they entered the courthouse.  But he left without her escorted away in handcuffs.
