A Clearfield woman initially charged with arson will spend up to one year in jail.  Kimberly Kapsouris was accused of setting fire to her boyfriends clothes in her apartment.  She plead guilty to lesser offenses having the arson charge dropped.  Kaspouris will also have to pay nearly three thousand dollars in restitution.
