A fifteen year old boy accused of firing a single shot in the Hornerstown section of Johnstown was back in court today.  Police say Isiah Waulk fired a nine millimeter gun along Ash Street after breaking into several cars stealing property last month.  Police did recover a shell casing and some of the stolen property but not the gun.  Today, a judge dismissed the robbery charge against him.  He will stand trial on the remaining charges.
