A Cambria County man accused  of shaking his infant son to death is asking a Judge to throw out his confession.  Justin Charles' Public Defenders say he was in a fragile emotional state at the baby's funeral and the confession should not be allowed.  Police say Charles told them he violently shook his son two days before the baby's death.
