Shuttling between his home and the courthouse, Jerry Sandusky has been silent.  But the defense will open it's case and Sandusky could testify this week.  Sandusky has remained under house arrest since November.  Sunday, the Psychiatrist was sent to his home to perform an evaluation.  Sandusky's Attorney asked the Judge for permission to use expert testimony and suggest that Sandusky may suffer from a personality disorder.  That also gives Prosecutors a chance to have their own Psychiatrist examine on Sandusky which appears to be why he went to the Attorney General's Office.
