Indiana University of Pennsylvania is now accepting bids from developers to build a hotel near their new Convention Complex.  The seventy-nine million dollar, five thousand seat Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Center opened last March.  The school planned on opening a hotel around the same time but could not reach a deal with a developer.  The Indiana Gazette reports the school will not have any role in the hotel�s operations.
