The Postal Service's plan to consolidate a Mail Processing Center in Duncansville, Blair County is set to move forward this summer.  Senator Bob Casey is trying to intervene.  Casey has written a letter to the Postmaster General urging him to resume what was supposed to be an independent audit of that consolidation decision.  Casey says the audit should be completed before the consolidation process begins.  Services at that facility are expected to move to the Processing Center in Johnstown.
