Federal charges filed against 15 people accused in a large scale drug operation in Westmoreland, Indiana and Cambria Counties.  A Grand Jury in Pittsburgh indicted the group Tuesday.  Police say the investigation went on for two and a half year investigation.  Police say the controlled purchases, video surveillance, court authorized phone interceptions and teamwork helped track down the suspects.  Police say the investigation is still ongoing and it is unclear whether more people are involved.
