A Wilkes-Barre newspaper says veteran Penn State football coach Joe Paterno's will has been ordered permanently sealed from public view along with all related court filings at the request of an estate attorney. The Citizen's Voice says even the order by the Centre County Judge and the petition by a Paterno attorney requesting the action have been sealed. The paper says it is the only will sealed in the county in the last eighteen months.
