A local Daycare is closing it's doors claiming the poor economy and budget cuts did them in.  Beginnings Daycare in Richland made the announcement on Wednesday through phone calls and this letter announcing the Daycare was closing it's doors.  The letter says the decision was not arrived at easily and was based purely on the economic factors in our community.  Parents say they are upset over the timing of the announcement and many are scrambling to find a new place for their children.
